My Story

I’ve always had an inclination toward educating people, math, and making an impact.

The beginning

My journey started at a Wealth Management Firm in Minneapolis, MN. I spent several years as a financial advisor, working with clients to create holistic financial plans. I also learned the intricacies of the business and what it takes to succeed.

 

Going Beyond

In 2014, I was ready to expand my horizons, professionally, and culturally. I decided to move to Madrid, Spain, for an International MBA from IE Business School. I learned more than I could have imagined and this experience sparked a fundamental shift in my way of thinking and perspective. During my time in Madrid, I also gained experience in social venture capital, as a Venture Capital Associate at Creas. 

 

Revive Consulting+

Returning home to the US, I felt inspired and ready to apply my learnings to new endeavors. First, I decided to start a consulting practice to help financial advisors overcome the challenges I saw prevailing in the industry, particularly due to technology. I founded Revive Consulting+ to help advisors modernize their business and overcome the challenges of growth, independence, and succession. With Revive Consulting+, I started a Women’s Empowerment internship program to help young women step confidently into the business world. 

 

Wealth Management Firm

Going back to my roots, I grew through my role as financial advisor to Chief Strategy Officer, where I drove the vision and operational plans for the company. Now I serve as the CEO, leading a 15-person team and $700MM of clients’ Assets Under Advisement. 

 

Beyond business, it’s important to me that our company supports the community. We support a number of local philanthropic endeavors, where we donate time and money. 

 

Business for Positive Impact

As my expertise has grown, so has my drive to make a positive impact through business. A few topics dear to me include ESG, Conscious Capitalism, and Diversity & Inclusion. I strive to teach and apply these practices whenever possible. I believe that business can and should be a platform for helping society. My mission is to make the world a better place through business. 

 

I am also putting my passion for conscious capitalism into action as an Angel Investor for companies with social impact.  I’m especially interested in startups in the Latin American market.

 

Extra-Curricular

I serve as a board member of the Financial Planning Association of Miami and IE Alumni Club. In my free time, I enjoy travel, yoga, and spending time with my partner, Alex.
